We are looking for a talented
Full Stack Engineer
to join our team in Oman. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building technology solutions while also engaging directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical work.

In this role, you will be working on
end-to-end cycle of requirements gathering, solution design, and development
. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and tech teams, convert requirements into clear work packages, and deliver high-quality solutions.

While this is not a team-leading role at the start, we are seeking someone with the potential to grow into leadership responsibilities as they prove themselves.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications and work packages.
  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications (front-end & back-end).
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to break down business needs into technical deliverables.
  • Problem-solving mindset, ownership, and accountability.
  • Willingness to grow into a future leadership role.
  • Strong experience in
    full stack development
    (front-end and back-end technologies).
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to break down business needs into technical deliverables.
  • Problem-solving mindset, ownership, and accountability.
  • Willingness to grow into a future leadership role.
  • Languages: English (Arabic as a plus)

Preferred Skills / Tech Stack

  • Front-end:
    React, Angular JS, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap.
  • Back-end:
    .Net, Python
  • Databases:
    SQL Server, MongoDB
  • Cloud & DevOps:
    Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with Git and version control best practices
  • Experience in Flutter for Mobile App development is a plus.
