Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Muscat for a Revenue and Reservations Manager. The manager will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's reservations system, optimizing revenue through strategic pricing, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing room inventory, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, training staff on reservation procedures, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management
