Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist located in Muscat to join our team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include promoting company products and services, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team for training and strategy development. The role requires an energetic individual with strong communication and sales skills to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance sales performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the ICT, Telecom, or Broadcasting sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
