About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales & Marketing Officer
to join our team in Muscat. As the face of Walden Waves in Oman, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving growth through our digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new clients across Oman — with a strong focus on SMEs and digitally-driven businesses.
  • Achieve a minimum of
    2–3 new client acquisitions per month
    in the initial phase, with growth targets increasing as you progress.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering strategic insight, regular communication, and performance-driven recommendations.
  • Lead client onboarding and discovery processes, aligning their business objectives with our services for maximum impact.
  • Coordinate closely with our
    Lahore-based delivery team
    to ensure timely, high-quality execution of all campaigns and projects.
  • Develop tailored marketing proposals, performance analysis reports, and strategic growth plans for key accounts.
  • Implement and manage client relationship tools (CRM systems) to drive engagement, improve retention, and streamline communication.
  • Represent Walden Waves at networking events, industry expos, and high-level client meetings to elevate brand presence and business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in digital marketing or advertising).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking systems.
  • Strong network within the Omani business landscape is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
