About the Role

FADWA Nonwoven is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales of our nonwoven bags, nonwoven fabric, and other converted products across the Oman and GCC markets. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, knowledgeable about regional markets, and passionate about building strong customer relationships.

Job Purpose

Generate maximum sales for nonwoven bags, nonwoven fabric, agriculture, and industrial products.

Provide detailed reporting to the General Manager.

Apply strong sales and marketing skills tailored to Oman and GCC markets.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Achieve monthly sales targets.

-Conduct regular follow-ups on leads until closure.

-Maintain active communication with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.

-Coordinate with internal supervisors for smooth operations.

-Analyze and report sales performance by customer.

-Convey customer feedback promptly to the factory team to support quality improvement.

-Ensure all material produced for a specific customer is fully sold.

-Monitor competitor activity on social media and coordinate with the team to enhance the company's online presence.

-Study regular moving product sizes and advise the factory on stock requirements.

-Coordinate with the factory on raw material stock for new colors based on dispatch timelines.

-Update daily activities with the General Manager and attend weekly and monthly meetings to improve sales performance.

Preferred Candidate

3–5 years of experience as a Sales Executive in packaging, FMCG, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of Oman and GCC markets.

Valid Oman driving license (preferred).
