Job Title:
Autoline Drive Specialist (3–5 Years' Experience)

Location:
Oman (On-site, Relocation Required)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative professional with hands-on experience in Autoline Drive system
. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team environment, can engage effectively with end users, and is eager to grow into broader responsibilities including
Dealer Principal functionalities
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strong
    team player
    , working collaboratively across departments.
  • Manage and support
    Autoline Drive modules
    (POS, Accounts, MS, Vehicles, Reports, PM).
  • Deliver timely support to users, with excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the
    DMS provider
    when needed to resolve system-related issues on higher priority note.
  • Work closely with the
    local IT team
    to troubleshoot, resolve, and improve user issues.
  • Remain open to continuous learning and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
  • Train new user on the processes.

Requirements:

  • Min 3–5 years
    of experience in Autoline Drive system.
  • Strong knowledge on specific core module or Minimal expertise into other modules referring to POS, Accounts, MS, Vehicles along with Report Writing skills, & PM).
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with end-users and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to
    relocate and work on-site in Oman
    .
  • Ability to manage cross-team coordination effectively.
