Role Description

We are seeking a
Functional Consultant
to join our team in
Muscat
on a
full-time, on-site basis
.

The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, deliver expert consulting services, and contribute to finance-related implementations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure seamless execution of digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in
ERP/product implementation
and
consulting projects
.

Analyze, document, and translate
business and functional requirements
into effective solutions.

Configure, customize, and deploy systems that meet client objectives.

Oversee
data migration, testing, user training
, and
post-implementation support
.

Deliver measurable business results and ensure high client satisfaction.

Collaborate with
project managers, product owners, and technical teams
for successful delivery.

Support
presales activities
and contribute to solution design and proposals when required.

Identify opportunities for
process improvement and innovation
across projects.

Required skills and Experience

6–8 years of experience as a
Functional or Implementation Consultant
.

Proven record of
6–10 successful full-cycle ERP implementations
.

Hands-on experience with leading
ERP/BSS platforms
such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Odoo, Salesforce, or Zoho.

Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following:

HRMS | Finance | Supply Chain | CRM | Manufacturing | Logistics | Retail | EAM | SRM | HSE | Academic Management.

Proficiency in
business process analysis, documentation, and functional testing
.

Excellent
communication, stakeholder management,
and
analytical
skills.

Flexibility and willingness to
travel locally and internationally
for project implementations.

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
.

Certification in
Business Analysis (CBAP or equivalent)
will be considered an advantage.
