SAP FICO Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled
SAP FICO Consultant
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting financial and controlling modules within the SAP ecosystem. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate financial requirements into efficient SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules (FI & CO).
• Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP processes.
• Handle GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA modules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR) for integrated business processes.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for SAP FICO.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.
• Experience with integration between SAP modules.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• SAP certification in FICO is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with S/4HANA implementation and migration.
• Knowledge of tax configuration and localization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
