Position:- QC Inspector Civil

Job Description:-

  • Carry out all inspection and test requirements of the project as per Civil QCPs.
  • Maintain latest revision of the relevant specifications, contract documents and drawings related to civil disciplines.
  • Supervise the implementation of the relevant QA/QC procedures, QC Plans and Work Instructions.
  • To have a daily check over the civil activities such as trenching, pre-padding, post-padding, back filling, compaction, concreting, curing, surveying, demolitions/ alternations, Passive cooled shelters, chain link fences, gates, Road grading, Concrete works including all equipment foundations, pipe supports, walkovers, sleepers, anchor blocks, access platforms, cube testing, Slump test, RCC laying , plastering, painting for plastered works, etc.,
  • Carry out dimensional & field inspections as required on day to day activities.
  • Co-coordinating for Quality Audits and take appropriate Corrective and Preventive action for closing out the CARs.
  • Support Incoming material inspection in liaison with Material controller/stores keeper.
  • To carryout inspection & test activities as per QC plan requirements for company specifications, International codes & standards as applicable.
  • Responsible for verification of calibration status of Inspection, Measuring & Test Equipment (IMTE).
