SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a Decorative Sales Manager who will manage and further develop the total Decorative business operations in Oman market by developing, communicating, and executing the key sales growth strategies and action plans to achieve strategic objectives and actively contribute to the company's overall performance.

This position will be based in Muscat, Oman, and will report directly to the General Manager & its a part of Jotun Oman management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the Local Management Team to shape and drive the company's strategic direction.
  • Lead and support staff growth through clear communication of career ambitions aligned with company values.
  • Structure and delegate responsibilities using yPOD/KIT to ensure efficient and focused operations.
  • Monitor segment performance through regular engagement with managers to provide effective support.
  • Sales & Functional Leadership: Build and lead a strong sales team, oversee related functions (Technical Service, Customer Service, etc.), and maintain healthy DSO through effective payment collection processes.

We are looking for: 

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field. 
  • 7+ years of relevant sales & leadership experience.
  • People management experience is required
