Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Muscat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily tasks include managing customer relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research and sales forecasting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the logistics industry is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
