Job Summary:

As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our client acquisition process. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their immigration needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your role will be a mix of sales, customer service, and immigration consultancy, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Provide information on various immigration programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Needs Assessment: Analyze clients' qualifications and immigration goals to recommend appropriate pathways and services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet personal and team targets, including prospecting new clients and identifying referral opportunities.
  • Documentation Assistance: Guide clients in the preparation and submission of required documentation and applications for immigration.
  • Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
  • Knowledge Development: Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and trends. Continuously improve knowledge to provide the best service to clients.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve any client concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activity, and progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • High School Certificate or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or immigration consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
