  • Handle the full procurement cycle from requisition to final delivery.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with both local and international suppliers to ensure optimal value and quality.
  • Maintain, update, and organize supplier contracts, agreements, and all procurement-related documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and compliance with GCC regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support operational and project requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement reports, vendor databases, and pricing/quotation comparisons for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery timelines, product quality, or invoicing discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of procurement strategies focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Apply strong knowledge of Incoterms to coordinate effectively with logistics teams on shipment responsibilities, freight arrangements, customs procedures, and delivery terms.
Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Engineer / Executive to manage purchasing activities, maintain strong vendor relationships, and ensure the timely supply of goods and services at the best value. The role requires end-to-end procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with the local and GCC markets. The candidate must also possess strong and comprehensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within construction and engineering environments. This includes a deep understanding of HVAC equipment and materials such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting systems, pumps, valves, and other related components, enabling accurate evaluation of technical specifications, proper material selection, and effective coordination with engineering and project teams.
