Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our technical in Oman.

The selected candidate will oversee the installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of complete HVAC systems including equipment packages, ducting, and refrigerant piping in compliance with project standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise HVAC equipment installation, ducting, and piping works at site per approved drawings and Company standards.
  • Review and monitor fabrication of duct spools, refrigerant piping, and related QA/QC documentation.
  • Conduct leak tests, pressure tests, and ensure systems are "Ready for Commissioning."
  • Coordinate with EPC Contractors and Vendors for quality compliance and schedule progress.
  • Participate in site inspections, punch list management, and final handover to the Commissioning Team.
  • Enforce HSE policies and procedures across all work activities.
  • Prepare daily site reports and progress updates for Construction Managers.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in site supervision within EPC or Oil & Gas projects.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC & Refrigeration systems, installation standards, and international codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, AWS, API).
  • Hands-on experience with TOTAL GS or equivalent company standards.
  • Proficient in reviewing drawings (GA, Isometric, SLD) and preparing reports.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of local language is an advantage.
  • Valid H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET certifications preferred.
