Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of civil construction projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and control costs, resources, and timelines.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are met.
  • Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.
  • Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Lead site teams, allocate tasks, and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers for timely execution.
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee project handover and closeout documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 15 to 25 years in civil , industrial, commercial construction
  • Gulf Experience is Mandatory
