Contract Management

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including vendor contracts, service agreements and construction agreements.
  • Ensure legal accuracy, risk mitigation, and alignment with company objectives.

Corporate Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, SEZAD/OPAZ regulations, and internal policies.
  • Oversee regulatory filings, licensing and commercial registration updates.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulators where needed.

Transactional Support

  • Provide legal support on corporate transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions, restructuring, and financing.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and support transaction execution.

Strategic Legal Advisory

  • Advise senior management on legal risks and opportunities in existing operations and new initiatives.
  • Support investment structuring, land use rights, and cross-border arrangements.

Dispute Management

  • Manage disputes and potential litigation, including drafting of legal notices when necessary.
  • Monitor and mitigate legal exposure.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, HR, and procurement teams to ensure legal coverage across functions.
  • Provide training and awareness on key legal issues to internal stakeholders.
