Additionally, the Lawyer will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, negotiate settlements, and work on contract law, labor law, and corporate law cases. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to provide legal support to various projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Legal Research, Legal Advice, and Legal Documentation
  • Experience in Contract Law, Labor Law, and Corporate Law
  • Excellent representation skills in court and negotiation skills for settlements
  • Ability to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and provide legal support to projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a legal firm or corporate legal department is a plus
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Membership in the bar association in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments
