Your Day to Day: 

As a Hotel Wellness Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional yoga and wellness classes and experiences to hotel guests. You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of guests, managing finances related to wellness classes, and promoting responsible business practices within the hotel. Your focus will be on creating a positive experience for guests, maintaining financial stability, and operating in alignment with responsible business principles.

People 

• Conduct yoga and wellness classes: Lead a variety of yoga classes suitable for individuals at all levels of experience, including different forms of yoga (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Meditation, Sound Therapy). 
• Adapt classes based on the needs and preferences of the participants.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
• Provide personalized attention to guests, offering modifications and adjustments as needed.

Financial 

• Contribute to revenue generation through the promotion and sale of yoga classes or wellness packages.
• Monitor and manage class attendance to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
• Assist in controlling costs associated with wellness programs and maintain financial records as required.

Guest Experience

• Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to participate in yoga classes and other wellness activities.
• Support guests' overall wellness and relaxation during their stay at the hotel.
• Ensure that the wellness program aligns with the hotel's commitment to providing a holistic and rejuvenating experience for guests.

Responsible Business

• Uphold ethical and responsible business practices in all aspects of the wellness program.
• Strive to contribute to the hotel's sustainability and social responsibility initiatives.

Promote and embody the hotel's values and ethos, fostering a sense of community and wellbeing

What we need from you: 

• Certified yoga instructor, meditation and sound therapy preferably with experience teaching various yoga styles, wellness activities and working with individuals at different skill levels. 
• 4+ years of experience as Yoga and Wellness Instructor in Hotel Industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with hotel guests and create a welcoming environment. 
• Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, pricing, and revenue optimization, to ensure the financial success of the yoga program.
• Familiarity with responsible business practices and a commitment to incorporating sustainability into the yoga program's operations. 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver yoga and wellness classes effectively. 
• Marketing and promotional skills to attract guests to the yoga program and generate revenue. 
• Flexibility with working hours, as yoga class schedules may vary based on guest demand. 
• Understanding hotel operations and guest service principles is a plus.
