Information and Communication Tech Manager

General Purpose

1. Develop and lead the Information and communication technology global strategy under delegated authority and scope of the CFO.
2. Acting as a strategic business partner in the implementation of the best practices and state-of-the-art technology for OFM general operations and support activities.

3. Acting as the owner of the Information technology standards and best practices by:

4. Constantly assessing, and executing operational and strategic solutions and identifying the opportunities for improvement considering the current I&CT operation model, the market trends and global competitors

5. Constantly identifying and proactively recommend and implement new technologies to improve OFM corporate capabilities in terms of Information technology
6. Develop and implement a strategic, mid and long-term operations plan to assure IC&T optimal continuity and quality services, maximizing capacity, productivity, cost-effective, profitability, Information Technology solutions and global I&CT optimal performance, to effectively contribute with the productivity sustainability, revenue and competitiveness of the OFM business in the long term.

Main Accountabilities

• Develop, execute and updated a holistic I&CT plan for OFM including the yearly key milestone to position OFM in a completive position with the sector and the global market.

• Lead IT Operations, including the global Help Desk and End User Support, IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure & Network Management, and its Security Operations to assure optimal day-to-day availability, reliability and operational continuity of all I&CT infrastructure, software and applications.

• Assure the implementation of the updated software, and hardware to improve the capacity to respond to the actual and future demands in terms of data processing, controlling, reporting, knowledge sharing and communication.

• Diagnose and assess the current and future company demands in terms of expansion, new markets, productivity, profit, production, supply chain and all support functions to progressively implement the information technology feasible and cost-effective solutions to support such business demands.

• Lead the I&CT - Infrastructure related investment planning –portfolio (program, PMO, IT sourcing strategy and vendor management) and the development of IT policies, for IT financial management, IT performance management, and IT talent management; to support Information Management & digital Transformation at OFM stream to ensure feasible, cost-effective solutions, the continuity and productivity of the business

• Promote a culture of technology transformation by developing and sharing the impact of I&CT in the corporation and procure the resources needed to materialise this culture in the actual transformation

• Lead the team and contractors on ERP activities for Digital Transformation (DX) of the company including ERP administration, Planning vision and implementation, change management initiatives integrating with stakeholders among all functions, including the introduction of disruptive technologies and scenarios, the development and scaling Omni-channel technologies across OFM (including mobile, data management, Artificial intelligence web platforms, etc.) with focus on integrating digital technology.

• Lead activities Information Management, Data & Enterprise Content Strategy's Policies, Standards, Governance and Data warehouse;

• Lead OFM Business Integration & Delivery' standards and solutions, including alignment, partnership, and demand of Business solutions requirements & definitions, and design of solutions (applications); to support the Digital Transformation of the Company.

• Lead the team and activities for ICT including the identification of new ICT talent needs/role profiles, establishing training plan for the ICT function based on current and future needs

• Lead OFM I&CT-related projects

Experience

• 10+ years
  experience in the information technology and communication field.
• Bilingual - English and Arabic
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, computer science - MBA & PMP is a Plus.
• Hands-on experience in technical aspects, programming and, developing I&CT solutions
• Strong experience in leading/ contributing to Information technology holistic cross-functional project teams and complex Project and Program Management experience
• Relevant experience in:

Know-How

• Strong understanding of ERP business process
• Solid Knowledge of application development methodologies and integration techniques
• Basic Knowledge of programming language types like Swift, Java, HTML5, C# or C++, Python, and ASP.Net.
• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming design principle
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft products (SharePoint, Windows Server, SQL Server)
• Understanding of networking, and databases, such as HTML, JavaScript, JSP, ASP, ABAP, .NET, MQ, Oracle and SQL Queries during test execution
