Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Oman Type: Full-time Job Summary

As a Junior Accountant, you will support the finance and accounts team by handling daily accounting tasks, cash reconciliations, payment processing, and financial record-keeping. This role involves coordination across multiple branches, accurate transaction management, and assisting in audits and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain attendance records, monitor and manage cash flow
  • Monitor and track daily gold rate changes (multiple times daily, including Fridays).
  • Manage payments, bookings, and reconciliations and oversee and reconcile petty cash transactions
  • Liaise with the software and IT team to resolve technical issues related to accounts
  • Manage purchase entries and reconciliation, and bank-related responsibilities when required.
  • Provide support to the accounts team, including invoice-related tasks and other responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (freshers with internships can be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
