Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Muscat for an Operational Specialist. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring project timelines, managing resources, supervising logistic arrangements, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The role involves close interaction with various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and requires efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Experience in coordinating daily operations and project management
  • Strong resource management and logistic arrangements skills
  • Proficient in supervising and ensuring high standards of service delivery
  • Ability to interact with various departments and stakeholders effectively
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in the design industry and knowledge of exhibition booth setups is a plus
