Role & responsibilities Need Industrial Electrician with PLC Programmer for A leading Co in Oman

Qualification - Diploma in Electrical

Experience -

  • Should be have at least 7 years of experience as an industrial electrical maintenance technician or Engineer with Delta , Mitsubishi brand PLC and HMI program logic read , write , program modification knowledgeable.

  • Electrical installation of the machines, trouble shooting and repairing the same. Overseeing the Preventive maintenance activities.

  • This is the highest-level Electrician. The employee, with minimal supervision, works in an experienced capacity with increased responsibility for performing a wide range of maintenance electrical and electromechanical assignments.
  • Leadership of floor electrical maintenance activities. Accomplishes tasks set by the maintenance engineer in an effective manner

  • Developing, testing, and troubleshooting PLC programs using ladder logic and other programming languages, often working with industrial communication protocols like Modbus or Ethernet/IP.

  • Previous experience in the handling of machinery and electrical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on all types of collation machines, nail machines and supporting equipment.

  • Detailed working experience in PLC logic system and relay logic system.
  • Experience in a manufacturing company would be ideal.
  • Complete understanding of all the factorys electrical systems and an understanding of the operational functions of the machines and support equipment.
  • Knowledge of the installation and repair of electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagram
  • Knowledge of the servicing and maintenance of all types of motor control circuits.
  • Knowledge of the servicing and maintenance of VFD.
  • Knowledge of the servicing and maintenance of all types of motors.
  • Ability to do routine electrical maintenance and care for tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work from electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, as well as programming and configuring Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to automate industrial processes.
  • Electrical installation, trouble shooting and repairs and preventive maintenance activities with PLC based machinery
  • Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Supporting the production process by repairing equipment in a timely manner.
  • To always work safely and to promote safety in the plant by identifying problems and bringing them to managements attention.

Authorities :

  • Electrical installation and repairs with minimal guidance from Engineer.
  • Looking at the required electrical maintenance of the machines.
  • Following the preventive maintenance as per check list
