Role & responsibilities Need ETP Operator Helper for a Waste water treatment Co in Oman

Qualification - Diploma in Mechanical / ITI in Plumber /12th or 10th Pass

Experience

  • Should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in ETP operations and be responsible for managing the treatment process and ensuring environmental compliance
  • Should have meets all safety standards. Also monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular maintenance tasks.

Skills :

  • Having basic knowledge of Minor maintenance of Pumps and blowers.
  • Ability to do ETP preventive maintenance works and record keeping
  • Good physical strength.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to communicate in write and read English
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, use a tape measure, familiar with fractions and percentages.
  • Developing leadership skills. The ability to step up and make critical repair

decisions in the absence of the maintenance supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor Effluent Treatment Plant systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of plant equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Record and maintain accurate logs of plant operations and metrics.
  • Conduct regular inspections and performance tests on ETP systems.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments for seamless operations.
  • Keep facility, storage, and surrounding area clean and organized

Authorities :

  • Installation of all kinds of pipelines.
  • Looking after the required mechanical maintenance of the utility equipment.
  • Following the preventive maintenance as per check list

Internal reporting system :

  • Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer/ Plant maintenance Mangers
