  • Finding new potential customers and promoting products to them.
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with current customers.
  • Carrying out market research to find out the new offerings in the market with gathering information on pricings.
  • Providing recommendations for product development, based on the findings of the primary research
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Adjusting sales efforts by analysing the existing and potential volume that will be required by a customer.
  • Coordinating with the production department to ensure that orders can be delivered in a timely manner.
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating issues and assessing whether replacements shall be made, by coordinating with the production department or management, if required.
  • Ensuring that payments are made and collected in time. Otherwise, chasing customers for payments, when necessary.
  • Coordinating with the Debt Collector in case the customer is not responding or paying.
  • Reaching the monthly target sales as a minimum.
  • Keeping the management informed by submitting daily activity reports, monthly sales reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • A degree in Marketing, Commerce or any related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field (preferably in Oman).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • English proficiency.
  • A valid Omani/GCC Driving License.
  • Highly self-motivated.
