Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Supervisor based on-site in Muscat. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, managing daily sales activities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. The role also includes training and mentoring team members, setting sales targets, and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

  • Team Management and Training skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills to assess sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Experience in sales supervision or management is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Muscat
  • Proficiency in relevant sales software and tools
