Construction Manager – Pipelines (Wet Utilities)

We are looking for an experienced
Construction Manager
to lead the delivery of large-scale water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, and related utilities.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee end-to-end construction, from planning to commissioning
  • Supervise site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors/vendors
  • Drive progress on potable water, wastewater, stormwater, and irrigation projects
  • Monitor risks, resolve delays, and ensure projects stay on time and budget

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (minimum)
  • 15+ years' experience, with at least 2 potable water projects delivered
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD (EPANET, GIS, CAD/BIM a plus)
