We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Supervisor to join our paints manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of chemical storage regulations, civil defense requirements, and health & safety standards in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor health & safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with civil defense regulations and chemical storage requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and daily inspections in production, store and rest premises areas.
  • Provide training to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.
  • Investigate and report workplace accidents/incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Liaise with government and regulatory authorities regarding compliance and audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Recognized certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a health & safety supervisor, preferably in paints/chemical manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of local laws, regulations, and international safety standards.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

نبحث عن مشرف صحة وسلامة ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى شركتنا المتخصصة في تصنيع الدهانات. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي معرفة قوية بلوائح تخزين المواد الكيميائية، ومتطلبات الدفاع المدني، ومعايير الصحة والسلامة في بيئات التصنيع.

المسؤوليات:

  • تطوير وتنفيذ ومتابعة سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح الدفاع المدني ومتطلبات تخزين المواد الكيميائية.
  • إجراء تقييمات للمخاطر، ومراجعات السلامة، وفحوصات يومية في مناطق الإنتاج والمخازن وأماكن الاستراحة.
  • تقديم التدريب للموظفين حول ممارسات السلامة وإجراءات الطوارئ.
  • التحقيق في حوادث/إصابات العمل وإعداد التقارير وتنفيذ التدابير الوقائية.
  • التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية والرقابية بشأن الامتثال والمراجعات.

المتطلبات:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الصحة والسلامة المهنية، أو العلوم البيئية، أو الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
