HSE Manager

Experienced in HSE management for marine & heavy civil projects with expertise in risk assessment, hazard control, incident investigation, emergency response, regulatory compliance, environmental protection & contractor HSE performance.

Interface Manager with 20+ yrs in marine/offshore EPC projects. Expert in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors & vendors, resolving conflicts, managing risks, and integrating technical, commercial & HSE aspects in complex marine works.

Proven expertise in managing marine & heavy civil projects with end-to-end oversight in planning, budgeting, contracts, execution (dredging, piling, offshore works), HSE & quality compliance, risk control, and strong client/stakeholder management.

Ability to read & interpret blueprints and to lay out work from prints, rough plans, sketches, drawings,& Broken parts, Quality policy, HSE Policy, Strong knowledge of Quality standard ( ISO, Six Sigma, TQM) GCC Experience IS MUST
