Job Function

Gathering, documenting, and organizing information on healthcare facilities and services. The role focuses on accurate data collection from various sources to ensure the project database is comprehensive, reliable, and aligned with research objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Collect accurate data on healthcare centers, facilities, and services from field visits, surveys, or secondary sources.
  • Record, organize, and maintain data in structured formats (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, or reports).
  • Coordinate with the research team to verify and validate collected information.
  • Assist in preparing progress updates and reports for the project supervisor.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards when handling information.
  • Carry out other related tasks assigned by the project supervisor to support the project objectives.
Experience
  • Experience in data collection, surveys, or fieldwork (through coursework, projects, or internships) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with documenting and organizing institutional or service-related information.
  • Exposure to research methods or participation in academic research projects is desirable
Skills
  • Basic knowledge of research methods and data collection techniques.
  • Understanding of healthcare facilities and services in Oman is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data collection related tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a research team.
Qualification
  • Current undergraduate or undergraduate student in Information Systems, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Good academic standing with strong interest in research and data-driven projects.
