Key Deliverables:
- Develop the institution's capability to deliver projects by maturing the PMO service and creating a delivery focal point for project information, progress and expertise
- Lead on all PMO change activities and provide strong collaboration on other business change activities where requested, with the purpose of aligning against holistic strategic drivers and seeking a commonality of approach, process and documentation
- Manage resource utilisation across the programmes and projects. Managing budgets within the business change and project delivery teams, identifying resources available within BAU to take on change and authorising resource allocation in partnership with other resourcing managers.
- Manage the operational running and continuous improvement of a Project Management Office, including best practices and any required resource recruitment and subsequent skills development activities based on business requirements
- Monitor and report progress against plans through regular reviews and maintain close contact with all senior stakeholders
- Provide support to ensure the adherence to the organization governance guidelines by working closely with projects teams and conducting the periodically assessment for projects/teams
- Develop policies, procedures, templates, and other shared documentation (organizational process assets) for Project Management Practices
- Develop monitoring process for projects activities, and prepare the required report for the teams reporting progress, issues and action points to APMO.
- Ensure mechanisms for benefits realization are prepared and accountable business sponsors are enabled to manage and deliver against plans through subsequent business operations
- Participate in the budget allocation and spending monitoring by preparing and providing the required report to the APMO.
- Ensure all activities are carried out according to bank's policies, procedures, and standards.
- Coach stakeholders across the OAB on core disciplines leading to continuous improvement and a culture of positive change
- Working and adhere to bank policies and department standard operating procedures (SOP).
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
- PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner, MSP Practitioner
- Safe Program Consultant, Safe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
- CSM from Scrum Alliance
- PSM 1 from
- Digital Transformation Strategies from Cambridge

- Over 16 years of experience in Project & Program Management.
