Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, provide administrative assistance, manage office equipment, handle customer service inquiries, and ensure smooth office administration. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, maintaining records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency with Office Equipment and related technologies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • National Omani only
