المؤهلات والخبرة

درجة البكالوريوس في القانون (يفضل درجة الماجستير أو الدكتوراه)

شهادة مهنية في القانون أو خبرة متخصصة في التشريعات المالية

خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 20 عام في المجال القانوني، مع سجل حافل في تقديم الاستشارات القانونية المتقدمة

معرفة عميقة بالقوانين و التشريعات المتعلقة بالأسواق المالية والتأمين

المهام والمسؤوليات

تقديم استشارات قانونية استراتيجية تضمن الامتثال للتشريعات المتعلقة بالأسواق المالية و التأمين وتدعم الإدارة في معالجة القضايا المعقدة

المساهمة في تطوير وصياغة التشريعات والسياسات لضمان توافقها مع القوانين وتعزيز الإطار القانوني لقطاعات الأسواق المالية والتأمينات

إشراف على الامتثال القانوني من خلال مراقبة الالتزام بالتشريعات ووضع آليات للتنفيذ والمتابعة بما يضمن حماية الهيئة من المخاطر

إدارة ومراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات لضمان حماية مصالح الهيئة وتحديد المخاطر وتقديم التوصيات القانونية

تقديم التدريب والتوجيه القانوني لرفع وعي الموظفين وتعزيز كفاءات الفرق بما يضمن الامتثال وتقديم استشارات دقيقة

إدارة المخاطر القانونية عبر تحديدها وتقييمها ووضع استراتيجيات وسياسات للحد منها وضمان استمرارية الأعمال

إعداد تقارير قانونية دورية تتضمن القضايا والتشريعات وتحليل آثارها مع تقديم توصيات استراتيجية للإدارة العليا

القيام بأي مهام إضافية ضمن نطاق الاختصاص لدعم أهداف الهيئة وتحقيق أولوياتها

Position Type: Contract

1. Job Purpose: Lead the organization's legal efforts by developing policies and legislation, enhancing legal compliance, and achieving institutional excellence through providing legal advice that supports the strategic objectives of the authority.

2. Qualifications and Experience

3. Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's or Doctorate preferred)

4. Professional legal certification or specialized experience in financial legislation
5. Minimum of 20 years of practical legal experience, with a proven track record in providing advanced legal consultations

6. Deep knowledge of laws and regulations related to financial markets and insurance

7. Tasks and Responsibilities

8. Provide strategic legal advice ensuring compliance with laws related to financial markets and insurance and support management in handling complex legal issues

9. Contribute to the development and drafting of legislation and policies to ensure legal compliance and strengthen the legal framework for financial markets and insurance sectors
10. Oversee legal compliance by monitoring adherence to legislation and establishing mechanisms for implementation and follow-up, ensuring the protection of the authority from risks
11. Manage and review contracts and agreements to safeguard the authority's interests, identify risks, and provide legal recommendations
12. Provide legal training and guidance to raise employee awareness and enhance team competencies, ensuring compliance and accurate legal advice
13. Manage legal risks by identifying, assessing, and developing strategies and policies to mitigate them and ensure business continuity
14. Prepare periodic legal reports covering legal issues and legislation, analyzing their impacts, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management
15. Perform any additional tasks within the scope of the position to support the authority's objectives and achieve its priorities
