Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Client Advisor located in Oman. The Client Advisor will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exemplary service, and assisting clients with investment based citizenship & residency related matters. The role involves daily communication with clients to address their needs and queries effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Knowledge of investment related services
  • Ability to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the mobility or relocation industry is a plus
