SUMMARY OF ROLEThe purpose of this role is to develop the Wealth Managementbusiness by increasing wealth penetration within the existing portfolio,propose new tie up with investment vendors that will result in increasinggenerated fee income, marketing vendors, increase AUM, and enhancing theoverall quality of service & performance of the business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to Wealth ManagementStrategy:Assist in developing and executing theWealth Management strategy for ABO clients by analyzing client needs, markettrends, and investment opportunities to align with the Bank's objectives. Support Product & Investment Offerings:Assist in the introduction andpromotion of new Wealth Management products, services, and investmentinstruments tailored to ABO clients' financial goals and risk appetite. Portfolio Growth & RevenueGeneration:Drivewealth penetration within the existing client portfolio by identifyingcross -selling and up -selling opportunities, with the objective of increasingAssets Under Management (AUM) and generating sustainable fee income. Market & Client RelationshipBuilding:Developand strengthen long -term relationships with high -net -worth clients and keymarket stakeholders to enhance the Bank's positioning and capture new businessopportunities. Disciplined Sales Execution:Applya structured and disciplined sales process, including prospecting, needsanalysis, solution presentation, and closing, while ensuring follow -up tomaximize client satisfaction and business results. High -Quality Client Service:Deliverexceptional client experiences by providing personalized advice, proactivecommunication, and timely resolution of client queries and requests. In -Depth Product Knowledge:Demonstratestrong knowledge of Wealth Management products, global markets, and financialinstruments, enabling the provision of sound investment recommendations andfinancial planning advice. Compliance & Risk Management:Ensurestrict adherence to compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and internalrisk management policies in all client interactions and transactions. Sales & Performance Reporting:Maintainaccurate and timely documentation of client meetings, sales calls, and businessdevelopment activities to support performance tracking and managementreporting.RequirementsOmani nationals onlyA Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.Minimum 5 years' experience in Wealth ManagementExperience in selling insurance products is an added advantageCatering to HNWIDeep knowledge in various asset classes (Mutual funds/Fixed Income/ETF/etc)
