SUMMARY OF ROLE: The Assistant Wealth Advisor supports senior advisors in providing financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management solutions to clients. This role focuses on building skills in client relationship management and wealth advisory services within a collaborative and professional environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities Client Support and Relationship Management: • Assist senior advisors in managing client portfolios by providing comprehensive support in portfolio reviews, rebalancing, and performance analysis. • Collaborate with senior advisors to identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial strategies. • Prepare personalized client presentations by analyzing their financial goals, risk tolerance, and market conditions. • Facilitate communication with clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries regarding account performance, investment recommendations, and financial plans. • Build trust and rapport with clients by providing timely updates on market trends, investment opportunities, and relevant financial news that may impact their portfolios. • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience by collecting and organizing required documentation, conducting account setups, and explaining processes. Financial Planning, Analysis, and Market Research: • Collaborate with senior advisors to develop and update customized financial plans for clients, addressing retirement goals, and education funding, or any other tailored needs. • Conduct in -depth analysis of client portfolios to identify gaps or opportunities and recommend portfolio adjustments to align with their objectives. • Perform extensive market research on current economic conditions, industry trends, and investment products to support the development of innovative financial strategies. • Monitor and analyze financial markets, macroeconomic indicators, and emerging trends to provide insights that inform client portfolios and strategies. • Stay updated on new financial products, services, and industry best practices to recommend cutting -edge solutions to clients. • Evaluate potential investment opportunities by analyzing company reports, industry outlooks, and risk -reward profiles to support portfolio decision -making. • Assist in preparing detailed reports and summaries for client meetings, incorporating financial forecasts, investment strategies, and performance reviews. Requirements • Omani nationals only • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required. • Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in relative field.
