Position: Pre-Sales Engineer – ELV / Low Current Systems

Location: Muscat

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Engineer with strong experience in ELV / Low Current Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team and clients, developing detailed solutions, preparing proposals and ensuring the offered solutions meet client requirements and industry standards.

• PBX / IP Telephony


• Gate Automation & Barrier Systems


• SMATV / IPTV Solutions


• Public Address & Audio-Visual Systems


• UPS / Backup Power Systems


• CCTV / Video Surveillance


• Fire Alarm System


• GRMS (Guest Room Management System)

Key Responsibilities


• Prepare detailed technical proposals, system designs, BOQs and compliance documents based on client requirements and tender documents.


• Conduct site visits and gather technical requirements from customers and consultants.


• Provide technical clarifications to clients, consultants and contractors during pre-sales and post-tender stages.


• Present and demonstrate system solutions to customers and support the sales team during meetings and presentations.


• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for product details, pricing and technical data sheets.


• Ensure all recommended solutions comply with relevant standards and project specifications.


• Work closely with the design, estimation and project teams to ensure smooth handover of awarded projects.


• Keep up to date with new technologies and trends in ELV / Low current systems.

Requirements


• Any Bachelor's degree.


• Minimum 3–5 years of pre-sales / estimation experience in ELV / Low Current systems.


• Strong technical knowledge of the above-mentioned systems (design, integration and standards).


• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, specifications and BOQ documents.


• Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and basic design tools.
