Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Muscat. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their technical needs and providing expert solutions. They will work closely with the sales team to support sales efforts, demonstrate product functionalities, and deliver technical presentations. The role also includes providing technical support to existing clients, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales
  • Strong Technical Support skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the IT or IoT sectors is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
