Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
IT Infrastructure & Data Quality Specialist
with strong expertise in
Oracle Fusion Middleware
and enterprise
data quality management
. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing
Annual IT Infrastructure Maintenance
and
Data Quality Management
initiatives, ensuring high system availability, compliance, and reliable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Scope 1: IT Infrastructure Annual Maintenance

  • Proactively monitor platform availability, performance, and key workflows
  • Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents promptly, in line with SLAs
  • Maintain and optimize integration points for seamless data exchange
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports with updated technical documentation
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for client technical teams

Scope 2: Data Quality Management

  • Perform data profiling and assessments to identify duplicates, gaps, and inconsistencies
  • Execute data cleansing, validation, and standardization processes
  • Deliver clean datasets, data quality reports, and reusable scripts/tools
  • Implement automation and validation rules for sustained data quality assurance
  • Provide a final summary report showcasing measurable data quality improvements

  • Middleware Platforms:
    Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA Suite, WebLogic, OBIEE, OSB, ODI
  • Data Quality Tools:
    Talend DQ, Informatica IDQ, Oracle EDQ
  • Databases:
    Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
  • Integration:
    REST/SOAP APIs, BPEL workflows, MQ integrations
  • BI & Analytics:
    Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
  • Other Skills:
    Performance tuning, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), SLA-driven AMC support, ITIL-aligned processes
