About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive and energetic
Field Activation & Partnerships Coordinator
to lead on-ground brand activation, sampling, partnerships, and field execution across multiple brands in our portfolio.

This role involves building strong relationships in the market, identifying high-value activation opportunities, delivering exceptional field presence, and providing structured insights to our central Branding team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event & Field Activation

  • Identify and manage a yearly calendar of events, festivals, expos, community gatherings, and public activities.
  • Negotiate and coordinate brand presence at relevant events.
  • Execute sampling activities (static & roaming).
  • Identify key consumer-touch locations (hospitals, schools, malls, gyms, salons, etc.).
  • Ensure premium brand representation at all appearances.

2. Partnerships & Negotiation

·       Build relationships with event organizers, medical institutions, schools, and commercial facilities.

·       Secure approvals and commercial terms for activations.

·       Explore co-branding opportunities with non-competing brands.

·       Present brand information confidently and professionally.

3. Sampling Operations

  • Coordinate and transport sample materials as required.
  • Conduct field activation activities according to schedule.
  • Gather consumer feedback and data.
  • Support targeted sampling strategies (mothers, youth, health-focused, general shoppers).

4. Collaboration with Professionals & Content Projects

  • Identify experts (doctors, instructors, specialists) for collaborations.
  • Support content and educational initiatives (Q&A, interviews, podcasts, awareness talks).

5. Schools & Educational Engagement

  • Obtain approvals from schools.
  • Coordinate educational sessions and onsite logistics.
  • Support specialists during sessions and capture feedback.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily field logs.
  • Submit monthly Excel/PowerPoint reports covering:
  • Locations visited
  • Engagement & sampling reach
  • Partners contacted
  • Key insights & challenges
  • Monitor competitor activity with visual documentation.
  • Maintain structured datasets for tracking.

7. Market Visits & Insights

  • Conduct in-store visits and monitor product availability.
  • Report on market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activity.

8. Operational Support

  • Assist with logistics, deliveries, and local administrative tasks.
  • Represent the company professionally in local communications.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of brand activation & sampling techniques.
  • Ability to prepare structured reports (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of market segmentation & consumer behavior.
  • Comfort engaging with medical and educational institutions.
  • English proficiency required; Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree
