Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role requires a solid understanding of healthcare products/services and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote healthcare products or services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and healthcare professionals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade shows.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reports to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare products/services and the healthcare market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
