HVAC Draftsman

• Draft HVAC layouts, shop drawings, material coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for ducting, piping, and system layouts.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and bills of quantities (BOQ) for HVAC projects.
• Conduct estimation and costing for tenders, including preparation of project budgets and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and vendors to gather technical and pricing inputs.
• Revise and update drawings and estimates based on project requirements, site conditions, and changes in scope.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage project files, documentation, tender submittals, and bid documentation efficiently.
• Attend technical meetings and site visits to support design and estimation activities.
• Submit detailed project reports, cost breakdowns, and estimation summaries for management review.

The HVAC Draftsman & Estimation Engineer is a dual-role position responsible for preparing precise technical drawings and supporting the estimation and tendering of HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit drafting, technical analysis, and HVAC cost estimation. This role involves close coordination with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure high-quality documentation and accurate project pricing.
