The Role

As a Senior Flutter Developer, you'll be a key part of our product development lifecycle—from architecture and planning to implementation and release. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build mobile apps that are not only functional but beautiful and blazing fast.

You'll lead Flutter initiatives, mentor other developers, and help shape the technical direction of our mobile stack.

Core Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop high-performance mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
  • Lead Flutter codebase design, structure, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams to define and implement product features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Review code, mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging Flutter trends and integrate best practices.
  • Contribute to improving the mobile development process and tooling.
  • Own and drive projects end-to-end, from planning to release and post-launch iterations.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years in mobile development with at least 2 years of hands-on Flutter experience.
  • Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter architecture, and state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, Provider).
  • Experience with integrating RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs.
  • Familiar with testing frameworks (unit, widget, integration).
  • Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play.
  • Git proficiency and CI/CD awareness.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or active GitHub profile.
  • Experience with native iOS or Android development.
  • Previous startup or fast-growth company experience.
