Job Title: Senior Accountant - Food and Café Business

Location: Muscat, Oman

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the food and café industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance,inventory management and related party management , ensuring that our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients to foster collaboration and ensure service excellence.

  • Utilize Telly and QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, track expenses, and generate reports.

  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions about purchasing and stock management.

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

  • Provide Ensight on Financials, specific to the inventory and Balance sheet.

  • Prepare and present reports on inventory status and financial performance to upper management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or inventory management, preferably in the food and café industry.

  • Proficiency in Telly and QuickBooks is essential.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
