Role Overview

The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating visually captivating motion content that enhances brand storytelling across events, campaigns, and digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail to produce engaging visuals that reflect IVENTOM's dynamic creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and animate motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, event screens, brand films, and promotional videos.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to bring storyboards, concepts, and scripts to life through animation.
  • Integrate typography, illustrations, photography, and video footage into cohesive visual narratives.
  • Develop graphic templates, lower thirds, transitions, and other motion assets for recurring use.
  • Ensure visual consistency with IVENTOM's and clients' brand guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Support the creative team with static design tasks and adapt assets for motion when needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in animation, design, and digital storytelling.
  • Work closely with editors, cinematographers, and project managers to align motion graphics with broader campaign goals.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver multiple outputs under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation, preferably within an agency or production environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator; working knowledge of Photoshop and Cinema 4D is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, and pacing.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute creative concepts across digital and physical environments.
  • Experience creating motion content for social media, LED screens, and immersive event environments.
  • Familiarity with sound design integration and video editing workflows.
  • Strong attention to visual detail, timing, and narrative rhythm.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Arabic language skills are an asset but not mandatory.
