Financial Accounting Team Lead

Finance & Treasury
to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury management, and compliance activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    Minimum
    8 years of professional experience
    , with at least
    2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
    .
  • Expertise:
    Strong background in
    Accounting, Financial Reporting, Cash Management, Treasury, and IFRS
    compliance.
  • Leadership:
    Proven ability to manage, guide, and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Knowledge:
    Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and treasury practices.
  • Skills:
    Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily accounting activities including AP, AR, general ledger, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and compliance with
    IFRS
    .
  • Oversee
    cash flow forecasting
    , bank reconciliations, payments processing, and treasury operations.
  • Prepare treasury reports (cash position, FX exposure, investment summaries).
  • Develop and implement internal controls, accounting procedures, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (mandatory).
