We're seeking a sharp, proactive Transport Coordinator to join our team and help streamline the movement of Vehicles, Equipment and Materials across the oil & gas supply chain.

Location: Muscat, Oman

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor transportation of Vehicles and equipment to PDO sites
  • Schedule and dispatch vehicles, drivers, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate records of permits and documentation
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for a fleet
  • Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance
  • Maintain detailed service records and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support field operations with rapid response to breakdowns and emergencies

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance, preferably in fleet or heavy-duty transport
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing field conditions
  • Familiarity with transport management systems and GPS tracking tools
  • Knowledge of oil & gas industry standards and HSE protocols
