Established in 1968, Muscat Pharmacy has grown to include 66 retail outlets, including 33 pharmacies in the interior areas, reflecting its commitment to accessible healthcare. The company has diversified from core pharmaceuticals to include hospital and laboratory instruments, surgical products, perfumes, cosmetics, baby care, health foods, and more. Muscat Pharmacy ensures products are stored in optimal conditions and efficiently delivered across Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute national pharmaceutical sales strategies
- Manage, mentor, and inspire regional sales managers and their teams
- Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Sales, operations, and regulatory teams to align business goals
Requirements:
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of local and regional pharma market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of developing high-performing teams
