Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute national pharmaceutical sales strategies
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire regional sales managers and their teams
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, operations, and regulatory teams to align business goals

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of local and regional pharma market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of developing high-performing teams
