Oversee daily food production, ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards, and manage kitchen workflow to ensure timely service.

Assist the executive chef in creating and developing menus, and take charge of food ordering, stocking, and inventory management.

Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation, and ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and staff follow health and safety regulations.

Handle administrative tasks, which may include tracking food costs, managing the budget, and assisting with hiring.
