We're seeking a
highly organized, proactive, and discreet CEO Assistant
to support executive operations and ensure seamless coordination across the company's business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full executive and administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
- Follow up on key business tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables.
- Liaise with partners, clients, and senior stakeholders across the GCC.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, documentation, and company records.
- Support in organizing events, meetings, and strategic business activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Minimum
3–5 years of experience
as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting top management or CEOs. - Strong
communication skills
in English (Arabic is an advantage). - Excellent
organizational and multitasking abilities
. - Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
. - High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
. - Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and prioritize effectively.
