Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure all restaurants in the area run smoothly and efficiently, providing a positive experience for guests.
  • Increase sales and profits, manage controllable costs, and control inventory for maximum profitability.
  • Inspire, train, and develop high-performing teams, creating a positive work environment and enforcing company policies.
  • Ensure all locations provide high-quality food and timely service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, health, and quality regulations across all locations.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and drive improvements.
  • Implement local marketing strategies to attract more customers and meet sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in multi-unit management within a QSR environment (typically 3+ years).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with profit and loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety and inventory control.
